Role Overview:

  • Develop and maintain a positive, inclusive school culture that fosters personal growth, pastoral care, and academic achievement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Building the religious life of the school and a vibrant Catholic identity within the school community.
  2. Growing the engagement, progress, achievement and wellbeing of each student in the school.
  3. Building a sustainable school community, ensuring stewardship of resources with transparency, accountability and compliance.
