As a Corporate M&A Lawyer, you will provide advice to clients across various sectors, including M&A transactions, capital raisings, IPOs, venture capital deals, and commercial matters.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years' PQE, experience in corporate transactions, and excellent drafting skills for M&A deals and shareholder agreements.

Key responsibilities include managing due diligence exercises, ECM and public M&A experience, and contributing to team culture.
