About the Role

This specialist will play a key role in bridging the gap between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that business needs are clearly defined, well-documented, and effectively translated into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to document and validate functional and non-functional requirements using user stories, use cases, and workflows.
  • Conduct interviews, surveys, and workshops to gather input and identify risks and improvement opportunities in existing business processes.
  • Manage requirements changes with a focus on business value, ensuring proper governance and change control is applied.
  • Support solution design and business acceptance testing to ensure proposed solutions meet user expectations.
  • Communicate requirements clearly and effectively to technical teams to ensure accurate solution development and implementation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Familiarity with ITIL and DCAM Frameworks and established Change Management Processes.
  • Awareness of Incident and Problem Management principles and practices.
  • Effective communication skills for engaging both technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical thinking and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience with post-implementation reviews and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
