Job Role: Digital Business Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to work at the intersection of technology, product, and people.

  • Collaborate directly with clients to understand business needs and systems.
  • Support stakeholder engagement through interviews, workshops, and requirements gathering.
  • Document business processes, functional requirements, use cases, and process flows.
  • Translate business needs into feature specs and user stories for product and engineering teams.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.

You will contribute to:

  • Developing AI-driven solutions across public and private sector transformation projects.
  • Growing your skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Delivering solutions used across government and enterprise.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 1–2 years' experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in IT consulting or corporate services.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills—you're comfortable speaking with users, team leads, and developers.
  • Basic SQL skills for querying data and supporting analysis tasks.
  • Familiarity with documenting requirements, use cases, and assisting with testing and UAT.
