Health and Wellness Ambassador

Calmness and serenity in a unique health environment, our wellness business offers an impactful blend of breathwork, heat and cold exposure therapy. We are seeking a front-facing professional to manage our reception area, coordinate marketing efforts and provide exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities include greeting customers, collecting essential information and ensuring they are prepared for their appointment. A positive experience is paramount, with advice on packages and memberships, products or additional services being provided when necessary. Accurate payment processing and effective management of customer scheduling and cancellations are also crucial.
We are looking for someone who can maintain a clean and welcoming space, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and presentation. Effective communication is vital, explaining treatment protocols, duration and benefits, pricing and company policies to customers as needed.
In addition to these key duties, we require the successful candidate to contribute to the growth and development of our business through social media coordination and general administration tasks.
**Job Type**: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
