**Job Summary**

EDT Global Pty Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Documentation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our documentation team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality policy, process, and procedure documentation that meets relevant standards, tailored for its intended audience.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for business processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, technical experts, and subject matter experts, to gather requirements and ensure documentation accuracy.
  • Design and implement documentation templates, styles, and standards to ensure consistency and clarity.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure documentation meets established standards and is free of errors.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on documentation best practices and usage.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure documentation remains current and compliant.

**Requirements**

  • Over 5 years of experience in technical writing, documentation management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in creating complex documentation, such as business process documentation, policy manuals, and procedure guides.
  • Strong understanding of documentation standards, such as ADF Writing Manual.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex business processes and requirements, and document them in a clear and concise manner.
