Senior Technical Training Manager

Our organization is seeking a senior professional to oversee the creation, delivery and continuous optimization of technical training programs. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with senior leaders and subject matter experts to develop and implement effective training strategies.
- Manage a comprehensive knowledge library to ensure easy access to contemporary training resources.
- Lead national training projects as required, preparing project reports and status updates.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chartered accounting, significant client-facing experience and a proven ability to critically analyze technical materials and conduct gap analyses.
This role may involve some interstate travel to collaborate with colleagues at other locations.
