About This Role
A senior position has become available for a National Technical Training Director to oversee the development and delivery of technical training programs.
- Key responsibilities include managing national technical training schedules, coordinating delivery of timely and relevant training programs, and curating a knowledge library to ensure easy access to contemporary training tools by Tax team members.
- The ideal candidate will have significant client-facing tax experience (>5 years postgraduate experience), including working knowledge of the Australian taxation regime, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- A qualified chartered accountant with a proven track record in managing holistic technical development programs.
- Ability to critically analyse technical materials and conduct gap analyses to align with technical competencies.
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills, with the ability to work closely with senior leaders across multiple teams.
