About You:

  • Authentic and innovative leadership skills that can respond in an ever-changing and complex environment.
  • Demonstrated passion for social outcomes, preferably within the disability or related sector, with sharp commercial acumen and exceptional stakeholder management.
  • Well-developed understanding of risk-management as it applies within a not-for-profit/charitable organization.
  • Tertiary qualifications in an appropriate discipline (business, health, social work, commerce, etc.).
  • Demonstrated experience in leading the development, implementation, and monitoring of innovative and commercially sound strategic and operational plans in a highly regulated environment.
  • Ability to inspire, communicate, and engage a large workforce of frontline staff in organizational culture, values, and practices.
