About the Role

As a PMO Analyst at SG Fleet, you will play a critical role in continuously improving processes and tools to enable efficient technology delivery. You will work closely with Solution Delivery Managers to develop and implement project management methodologies and frameworks, ensuring transparent reporting of delivery progress and project health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyse metrics to track delivery performance, financials, risks, and issues.
  • Support Solution Delivery Managers in schedule development and resource planning.
  • Improve risk management and issue resolution procedures and outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of project management methodology and related frameworks, processes, and tools.
  • Perform team administration tasks, including tool management, contracts, and training plans.
  • Improve portfolio reporting accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Provide ongoing delivery assurance by analysing project data and work outputs.
  • Plan group events such as PI Planning and Big Room Planning.
Requirements
  • Significant experience as a Portfolio/PMO Analyst in technology portfolios with IT teams of at least 40 people.
  • Excellent understanding of Agile delivery, project documentation, project standards, and methodologies.
  • Extensive experience in using JIRA and Confluence to support Agile project delivery.
  • Advanced quantitative and analytical skills and ability to identify trends and insights.
  • Excellent skills in the MS Office suite of applications.
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent presentation skills to represent complex information in a simple and meaningful way.

  • Project Management and/or Agile certification.
