$140,000 - $180,000 per annum based on location and experience.

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Portfolio Manager to lead our technical programs and ensure effective collaboration across multiple squads. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring delivery is aligned to the roadmap, building and executing quarterly plans, and managing resources and procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all work is transparent and well-managed
  • Provide an escalation point when necessary to facilitate effective delivery and remove impediments
  • Build, manage, and execute quarterly plans
  • Resource engagement and procurement: engage and procure required people in line with stakeholder expectations and Bupa processes
  • Regular reporting on delivery and flow metrics: utilise agile and lean delivery metrics to provide insight and feedback on team performance
  • Governance and controls: observe guardrails of related portfolio governance and collaborate with Head of Portfolio to ensure alignment
  • Continuous improvement: foster a culture of continuous improvement and psychological safety within the product team and organisation
  • Leadership and management: apply strong adaptive leadership and management skills to uphold the integrity of the portfolio

Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience in portfolio management or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of agile and lean delivery methods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
