This role is responsible for ensuring the necessary staffing, skills, competencies, and organisational structures are in place to deliver core nuclear knowledge and capability across the entire lifecycle of the project.
Key aspects include managing the development, implementation, and sustainment of nuclear baseline capability to meet authorisation requirements.
The position leads the creation of strategies and programs that enable the generation and justification of safety cases for the design, construction, and substantiation of Nuclear Naval Propulsion facilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Australian citizenship with ability to obtain relevant security clearances
- Tertiary qualifications in nuclear infrastructure or related high-hazard industry (highly desirable)
- Minimum 10 years experience developing, implementing, and sustaining workforce capabilities in complex technical or high-hazard environments
