Business Transformation Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Leader to champion our mission of strengthening communities through cultural connection, systemic reform, and holistic wellbeing.

About the Role
  • To lead transformational change initiatives and drive business growth through innovation and collaboration
  • To build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners
  • To develop and implement effective strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience
  • To provide thought leadership and guidance on business transformation, change management, and organizational development
Key Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Law, Business, or similar
  • At least 4–5 years' experience in senior corporate or business management
  • Proven skill in finance, compliance, stakeholder engagement, and high-level reporting
  • The ability to build a positive, collaborative workplace culture and lead through change
  • High emotional intelligence, honesty, and a genuine passion for social purpose
Benefits Package
  • A competitive salary starting from $150,000 (negotiable)
  • Salary packaging up to $15,899 p.a.
