Senior Property Manager

Lead a high-performing team in East Arnhem Land to achieve exceptional service delivery, business growth, and client satisfaction.

  • Manage and develop a team of property managers to ensure alignment with company values, standards, and compliance frameworks.
  • Oversee portfolio performance, drive conflict resolution, and negotiate strategies across the department.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, trades, and stakeholders to expand the rent roll and improve client satisfaction.
  • Guide the team in managing applications, lease documentation, inspections, and day-to-day operations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice or higher qualification.
  • Extensive experience as a Senior Property Manager or Head of Department.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team of property managers or agents.
  • Strong understanding of relevant legislation, including NT knowledge.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Desirable: Additional qualifications or experience in project management, finance, or business operations.
  • Australian Citizenship or full working rights.
  • Tech confidence in Microsoft Office and real estate software.
