The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to the remote services team within the department to facilitate the delivery of child protection programs. This includes providing day-to-day assistance, managing files and records, and performing various administrative tasks as required.

- Provide administrative support to the remote services team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
- Manage files and records, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, photocopying, and filing.
- Assist with event planning, travel arrangements, and other projects as needed.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as business administration or office management.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a government agency or similar setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
