Project Scheduling Expertise

The UGL Utilities team is seeking an experienced project scheduling professional to join their team in Perth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project, ensuring alignment between the schedule, project scope, and key milestones.
  • Monitor and control project budgets, prepare cost forecasts, track expenditures, and identify cost variances.
  • Implement EVM techniques to track project performance and provide regular updates on project progress and performance metrics to stakeholders.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, as well as manage and document changes in scope, budget, and schedule, ensuring proper approvals are obtained.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate and timely project reports, including progress, risks, and financials.
  • Facilitate effective communication between project teams, stakeholders, and management.
About You:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, relevant certifications (PMI-SP, AACE CCP) are highly desired.
  • Proven proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Earned Value Management.
  • Proven track record in large-scale construction, infrastructure, or utilities projects.
  • Strong data analysis, risk assessment, and cost control skills.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and multi-tasking abilities.
