Job Description

This role involves collaborating with various departments across the MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Operations) facility. The primary objective is to support the smooth operation of the Bankstown MRO Reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers and maintaining accurate records.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Welcoming customers and ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner;
  • Maintaining the onsite sign-in system and responding to customer queries via phone or in person;
  • Processing accounts (debtors) in accordance with established company and commercial obligations;
  • Assisting with preliminary invoices and compiling commercial reports to ensure accurate invoicing to customers;
  • Collaborating with Technical Records to ensure accurate and compliant completion of work packs for aircraft maintenance, regulatory compliance, and invoicing;
  • Compiling and maintaining required aircraft-related paperwork to ensure timely data entry relating to aircraft hours and landing, work required, and actioned, serialised components/items, completion date;
  • Processing aircraft parts and materials to meet maintenance facility requirements, achieving compliant, on-time, and cost-effective receipt and dispatch of materials and parts;
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Prior experience in administration is advantageous but not essential.
