**MRO Operations Assistant - Bankstown MRO, NSW**

This position will be working cross functionally across various MRO departments (Branch Administration, Technical Records and Stores) coordinating different operational activities in partnership with the MRO Operations Manager.

Description/Tasks:

- Provide support to maintain Bankstown MRO Reception including welcoming customers, maintain the onsite sign in system and respond to any queries via phone or in person.
- Assist with monitoring & ensure Accounts (debtors) are processed in accordance with established company & commercial obligations.
- Assist with preliminary invoices and compiling commercial reports to ensure accurate invoicing to the Customers.
- Assist Technical Records to ensure accurate and compliant on-time completion of work packs for aircraft maintenance, regulatory compliance and invoicing.
- Compile and maintain required aircraft related paperwork to ensure timely data entry relating to aircraft hours and landing, work required and actioned, serialised components / items, completion date.
- Assist Stores Department by processing aircraft parts and materials to meet maintenance facility requirements achieving compliant, on-time and cost-effective receipt and dispatch of materials and parts.
- Delivering the highest level of customer service at all times to customers, suppliers and coworkers.
- Working with and developing relationships with external suppliers to ensure efficient delivery of services to meet customer expectations.

Qualification/Experience:

- Ability to actively work on and deliver multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal / communication skills
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills;
- Ability to quickly learn new software systems (ERP & IFS);
- Ability to remain proactive in supporting the needs of the business and customers by being able to prioritise and meet critical deadlines.
- High attention to detail.
- Previous experience in Administration will be advantageous but not essential.
- Exposure to working in a diverse team environment as well as autonomously.
- Some understanding and experience in a work environment is preferred, but not essential as full training is provided.
