Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team at Brandt Group of Companies. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in expanding our John Deere Compact Construction Equipment division.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Represent the company for the sale of equipment to customers within a geographic area.
  • Maintain current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment potentially saleable by the dealership.
  • Implement and maintain regular call cycles within a given area of responsibility.
  • Maintain all customer information in the assigned territory for sales management.
  • Understand and adhere to a clearly defined sales process.
  • Achieve sales objectives set by Brandt as part of the sales planning process, including but not limited to market share.
  • Maintain assigned company vehicles and equipment.
  • Assist with the preparation and execution of customer events, including conducting new equipment field demonstrations.
  • Maintains current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used goods.
  • Attend applicable sales training events/seminars.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using sales software and technology.
