Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced educational leaders to join our pool of eligible candidates for Level 4 Principal appointments in Western Australian public schools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage schools with 100 to 300 students, including primary schools, education support schools, agricultural schools, and district high schools.
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of students and the school community.
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Manage school resources, including budgets, staff, and facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with Department of Education policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Current Western Australian teacher registration.
  • Teaching qualification (certificate of completion).
  • Eligibility to work in Australia, including Australian or New Zealand citizenship or Australian work permit.
  • Identification (e.g., birth certificate, passport, change of name documentation).
  • Up-to-date resume, including contact details for two professional referees.
Selection Criteria
  • Leadership and management experience in education.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents.
  • Knowledge of Department of Education policies and procedures.
