Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced National People & Capability (P&C) Manager to lead the transformation of our organisation, with a strong emphasis on culture, safety, learning and development, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement people, safety, and culture programmes that support business objectives.
  • Drive cultural transformation, employee engagement, and wellbeing initiatives that foster a safe, inclusive, and high-performance environment.
  • Manage workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning to ensure future capability.
  • Oversee HR policy development, compliance with workplace legislation, and employee relations matters.
  • Champion learning and development programs that enhance capability and support leadership growth.
  • Partner with leaders nationally to embed best practice and ensure consistent delivery across sites.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in HR leadership roles, ideally across national or multi-site environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in safety, culture rebuilds, change management, and employee engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian industrial relations, WHS legislation, and compliance frameworks.
  • Exceptional leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to execute operationally.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline (postgraduate qualifications desirable).
