Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Front of House Duty Manager. You will be responsible for the smooth operation of the front desk and lounge bar, providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Key responsibilities include:
  • To assist in all aspects of running the front desk and the food & beverage outlet.
  • Run a breakfast or dinner service as required.
  • Handle and resolve any guest concerns effectively with confidence and in a professional manner.

Responsibilities:
As the Front of House Duty Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the front desk and lounge bar.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
  • Resolving any guest complaints or issues efficiently and professionally.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications and experience:
  • A minimum 1 year's experience as a Duty Manager or 2 years' experience as a Food & Beverage leader in a 4/5-star hotel.
  • The ability to multi-task, work under pressure and problem solve effectively.
  • The flexibility to work a 24/7 roster, including public holidays and weekends.
