About the Team:
This is a collaborative leadership opportunity for an effective and responsive leader who can provide strategic direction and expert advice to ensure successful delivery of initiatives while managing competing priorities. The Director will work collaboratively across government, the financial services sector, and the First Peoples housing sector to drive large-scale program delivery and achieve sector-wide housing and economic outcomes for First Peoples.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead stakeholder engagement with the First Peoples housing sector on the development and implementation of programs to deliver sector-wide housing and economic outcomes.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and authoritative advice to internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead the Unit by providing proficient direction and technical support to team members relating to home ownership programs.
