About the Opportunity

The Front of House role is a key position within our organisation, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing administrative support to our staff and clients. As a Front of House team member, you will work collaboratively with our Case Managers, Tenancy Management Team, and other stakeholders to provide exceptional customer service and ensure the ongoing well-being of our tenants.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with hours of work being 8:00am – 4:06pm, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be required to work independently and as part of a team, using their strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and respond to critical incidents.
