We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Officer. In this key role, you will provide exceptional customer service and support the day-to-day operations of our organisation.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling enquiries from residents, visitors, and businesses via various channels. They will also process payments, balance cash, and handle banking transactions with accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for customers, providing quick answers and guiding them through our processes.
- Handle enquiries via face-to-face, phone, email, or online chat, responding to questions, lodging service requests, and connecting customers to the right teams.
- Process payments, balance cash, and handle banking transactions with care and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- A relevant qualification in customer engagement or business administration and experience in a high-volume customer service and/or contact centre team role.
- Good verbal and written communication skills to communicate with customers, staff, and members of the public.
- A team player with good people skills who understands how to build strong working relationships.
- Well-developed computer skills and adaptability in using various computerised systems.
