Job Description

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of animal care professionals and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of animal care professionals to achieve outstanding results.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Oversee animal movements in and out of the shelter.

  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Liaise with council stakeholders and other external partners.
  • Provide mentorship and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
