About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team at ANZ Worldline Payment Solutions. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of complex, profitable, and strategically important merchant customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and expand customer's existing acquiring solution ensuring ongoing profitability through portfolio review, advisory reviews, and re-pricing activities where required.
  • Proactively develop key high-value customer relationships.
  • Apply solution-based sales approach to achieve customer outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain expertise and awareness of key economic trends impacting the industry and share insight across the customer portfolio.
  • Inform clients concerning all questions they have concerning electronic payments and find solutions to more complex questions and situations your client may have.
  • Develop and manage strong internal relationships with ANZ Corporate & Institutional Banking Teams and become a highly valued and trusted product specialist for these teams.
  • You will be measured on sustainable growth, customer satisfaction, and retention.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, virtual, and organisational skills.
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Experience closing complex deals.
  • Ability to analyse business opportunities and read situations well.
