About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Coordinator to join our team at Epson Australia Pty Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical support to customers and Epson Authorised Service Partners
  • Maintaining and managing existing Service Partner relationships
  • Coordinating training requirements and ensuring compliance
  • Conducting initial assessments and appointment of new Service Partners
  • Communicating technical information and updates to Service Partners
  • Coordinating installation and service requirements for high-end products

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer support role
  • High attention to detail and quality
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational and prioritising skills
  • Positive team player
  • Able to work in a dynamic and proactive team environment
  • Previous experience working with a service network and using SAP, Microsoft Office, and CRM is highly advantageous
