About the Role
  • Provide accurate, timely and documented guidance to students on various matters including course selection, student services, admissions, enrolment, fees and scholarships.
  • Support students in navigating university systems and processes, equipping them with the skills to achieve their full potential.
  • Contribute to the Student Service team to provide exceptional support to students through the call centre and on-campus facilities.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Call Centre techniques.
  • Outstanding communication skills and administrative experience, with a commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong understanding of the needs of a diverse university community.
