Recruitment Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Townsville, supporting our long-standing clients across various industries.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • End-to-end recruitment for labour hire roles
  • Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships
  • Advertising, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates with a focus on safety and compliance
  • Responding quickly to client job orders, often at short notice
  • Collaborating with regional and national teammates to achieve targets and grow business opportunities
