Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR professional with a strong generalist background, skilled in employee relations, performance management and organisational change initiatives.

The successful candidate will have proven ability to build trusted partnerships with business leaders, delivering strategic people solutions that drive engagement and performance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Implement human resources policies and services to support line managers across all areas of people management.
  • Manage employee relations and casework, supporting wellbeing, learning and development, and organisational change initiatives.
  • Contribute to strategic recruitment efforts, talent development planning, remuneration reviews and onboarding/offboarding processes.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field.
  • Senior HR generalist experience, partnering with business leaders.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR practices, employment law and industrial instruments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, diplomacy and problem-solving abilities.
