The Role of Resource Consultant plays a pivotal part in candidate attraction, engagement and management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong relationships with candidates to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Source, screen and interview candidates to match them with suitable job opportunities that align with their skills and interests.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job brief to placement, ensuring seamless delivery for clients and candidates.
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM and recruitment systems, leveraging data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective recruitment strategy is executed.

We're looking for someone with experience in sales or customer-facing roles who possesses a proactive, resilient and results-driven mindset.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record of successful sales or customer service experience.
  • Strong understanding of the local Darwin market, including knowledge of key industries and job trends.
  • Australian driver's license and full working rights.
