Senior Infrastructure Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of project delivery, from planning through to completion.
- Oversee project programming, compliance, and safety requirements.
- Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
- Mentor and support staff, ensuring a focus on safety, performance, and team development.
- Proven experience managing subdivision or similar civil infrastructure projects.
- Civil Engineering degree highly regarded, but not essential.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Solid understanding of project finances and commercial management.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and client management abilities.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and continuous team improvement.
