We are looking for a skilled Physical Security Professional to join our team. The role offers an opportunity to contribute towards a well-structured and mature environment, working on sophisticated enhancement projects.

About the Role:
  • Troubleshoot and configure physical security systems, including video and access control applications.
  • Familiarity with ITIL process is required, including incident management, change management, and problem management.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows Server Administration and knowledge of enterprise system architecture is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  1. Troubleshoot issues with Genetec and Honeywell EBI applications.
  2. Configure and test access control and digital video systems.
  3. Support application and database upgrades, as well as server migrations.
  4. Handle customers and technicians on respective systems.
  5. Perform configuration reviews to ensure proper functionality.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in physical security domain, with expertise in ITIL process, Windows Server Administration, and enterprise system architecture.
  • Extensive knowledge of physical security systems, upgrade, and migration.
  • Awareness of digital IP cameras, security devices, and networking concepts.
  • Experience in SQL administration and hands-on experience with Windows Server Administration.
