About This Role

As a key team member, you will lead high-performing groups of security specialists to design and deliver robust security solutions that support strategic objectives.


Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the implementation of secure infrastructure as code, application security, cloud security, and automated security tooling.
  • Embed security principles across the technology lifecycle.
  • Ensure seamless integration of security controls into development and operational environments.
  • Drive compliance with regulatory frameworks such as APRA CPS 234, ISO 27001.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate security risks across the enterprise.

About You:

You are a seasoned security leader with deep expertise in security domains like cloud security, infrastructure hardening, secure software development.


  • 10+ years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in security engineering domains.
  • Proven leadership in building and managing security functions, including designing scalable security controls.
  • Extensive experience embedding security into CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code (IaC), and platform engineering practices.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable outcomes.
  • Advanced problem-solving capabilities with strategic and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting to executive stakeholders.
  • Comprehensive understanding and practical application of security frameworks like APRA CPS 234, ISO 27001.
  • Familiarity with threat modelling and frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK in vulnerability management.
  • Relevant certifications like CISSP, CISM, or AWS/Azure Security Specialty.
