Job Title

A Concrete Coordinator position is available in the Central-West Orana Renewable Energy Zone (REZ) transmission project.

This exciting opportunity involves working on a large-scale renewable energy project, designing and building the transmission network to support wind and solar projects powering homes across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the operation of a concrete batch plant
  • Monitor automated controls to ensure correct batching proportions
  • Ensure all products meet strict quality requirements
  • Communicate with truck drivers delivering or collecting concrete
  • Coordinate with construction teams to align batching and pouring schedules
  • Monitor all plant and equipment, schedule and conduct maintenance as required
  • Manage maintenance and production tasks, including some manual handling
  • Identify and resolve problems with equipment or mix quality to avoid project delays
Critical Skills:
  • Concrete batching experience - mobile or fixed plants
  • Front-end loader and HR ticket required
  • Moderate understanding of computer systems and programs
  • Current and valid Drivers Licence
  • Strong leadership attributes including the ability to drive a positive working culture
  • Ability to undertake a pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol screen
