Team Leader

The Cognitive, Dementia and Memory Service (CDAMS) provides a specialist diagnostic clinic for individuals experiencing early cognitive changes or memory loss.

The Eastern Health Movement Disorder Program offers a multi-disciplinary approach to people diagnosed with Parkinson's and related disorders.

This role is responsible for leading an interdisciplinary team within CDAMS & MDP. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and service administration skills.
