Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Head Chefs and Sous Chefs to join our team at our Brisbane and Gold Coast restaurants. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality food, providing exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce high-quality food within our KPI targets
  • Provide exceptional guest experiences through solid kitchen operations
  • Prepare and deliver our famous TGI Friday's food in a high-volume restaurant environment
  • Be a team player who prioritizes team success and provides correct training and development
  • Maintain thorough cleanliness and kitchen hygiene
  • Deliver food and service to Friday's standards, adhering to Australian legal requirements
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef (2-3 years)
  • Energetic attitude, team player approach, and strong work ethic
  • Passion for providing exceptional quality food to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Commitment to upholding our brand standards, OH&S, and food hygiene procedures
  • Knowledge of how to complete a costed roster
  • Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery is desired; however, not essential
  • Eligibility to work in Australia

Working Arrangements

We're looking for candidates available to work on a rotating roster, including afternoons, evenings, and mornings, 7 days a week.

Salary

The expected salary for this role is $73,000 - $80,000 depending on experience.
