About the Role

City of Whittlesea is seeking a dynamic Parking Enforcement Officer to join our Compliance and Environmental Health Department. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with parking rules and restrictions, promoting an effective parking system, and providing consistent, professional information and advice to internal and external stakeholders.

About You

  • You will have a sound knowledge of the Victorian Road Safety Road Rules 2017 and Infringements Act 2006.
  • You will have prior experience in a Local Government Parking Enforcement role.
  • You will be able to demonstrate experience delivering an exceptional standard of customer service in a high-pressure environment.
  • You will have integrity of the highest standard.
  • You will be enthusiastic about change in the workplace.
  • You will be confident working with new and existing technologies.
  • You will have a current Australian driver's license.
  • You will be able to assist with weekend overtime shifts.
