Job Description

This vital role will see you partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective job descriptions. You will post job openings, screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, schedule interviews, coordinate between candidates and hiring teams, maintain and update recruitment tracking systems, communicate promptly with candidates, conduct reference checks, prepare and extend job offers, stay informed on industry trends, and assist with onboarding new hires.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent;
  • Maintaining accurate records and generating reports on recruitment metrics and activities;
  • Providing administrative support to the Head of P&C as required;
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field;
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry;
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems;
  • A high level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
