Spinifex Recruiting is partnering with Bouygues Construction to recruit and supply labor and professional trades staff for the construction of the Culcairn Solar Farm.

The Role

This is a casual opportunity for Indigenous Identified individuals to work as General Labourers or Blue Collar Workers on the Culcairn Solar Farm project.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Use of basic power and hand tools
  • Manual labor tasks, including carrying and moving materials
  • Assist the team with the installation of mounting structures and solar panels
  • Assist with site setup and clean-up
  • Experience with handheld power tools
  • Valid white card
  • Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol test and pre-employment medical examination
  • Availability to attend an information/assessment center
