Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Content Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that drives engagement, grows our online community, and supports our brand's overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic social media plan across multiple platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging channels.
  • Create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our brand's tone and voice.
  • Manage the day-to-day social media calendar, including scheduling, posting, and responding to comments and messages in a timely and brand-aligned manner.
  • Analyze social media metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform future content strategies and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and PR professionals, to bring creative ideas to life and drive brand awareness.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform changes, and algorithm updates to ensure our content remains relevant and effective.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in social media management, content marketing, and community engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow and nurture online communities, including managing Facebook Groups or other closed communities.
  • Highly organized, with excellent communication skills and sharp attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of organic social KPIs and reporting best practices, with a love for performance analysis.
  • Creative and collaborative, with a passion for building meaningful connections with our online community.
