Social Media Content Specialist(Hybrid, Sydney)

We are looking for a Social Media Content Specialist to join our Agency Team.

You will be responsible for the creation of great B2B & B2C Social Media content - creative and copy - to produce highly engaging and creative posts.

You will be responsible for the presentation and approval process with the clients, publishing, ensuring correct copy and tagging are in place, and all community engagement including with super fans and influencers who may be engaged on behalf of the brand. Your role is to grow the followers, engagement and organic outcomes of the client's social channels.

You will be working on a mix of B2C and B2B accounts. You will have a love of developing powerful and beautiful creative that talks to each of the client target audiences and is a fit for each social channel.

You must have a passion for data and insights, understand and build strong content strategies for organic (know how to tell great stories through each social channel and that will appeal to the audience). If and when you need additional creative support or paid media support, you will create creative briefs and engage the right resources.

Ultimately as part of the client team, you must be able to proactively manage effective and efficient communications, relationships and influence to help the growth of ours and client's businesses. All with a clear vision and goals in mind.

You will be working as part of a growing team and will work closely with the Account Manager, creative, writers, digital performance, and analytics teams.

A typical day for you may look like this:-Build effective social content calendars that are on brand, align to content pillars and will resonate with target audiencesPlan, write, and develop effective content & creative for all platforms - organic and paid including video stories and reelsPresent new creative, performance and recommendationsPublish content & oversee community and channel engagementEstablish and promote content of fans and influencersUnderstand & fulfill client content, engagement strategy, and ROI objectivesInterpret client briefs, products, brand, and tone-of-voice guidelinesWrite briefs for the creative team and coordinating with creativeReview and report the impact of always on, campaigns and content programsReview competitors and best practices for all social channels

Experience:Social Media content creation and management experience (1-2 years)Experience in social media creation across multiple brands and channelsExperience in writing and building beautiful and effective creative and engaging copy for multiple social platformsDeep knowledge of all major social platforms and the opportunities that they representPassion for technology, digital and social in particular (being active in your own channels)Proficient in creative & editing programs (e.g. Adobe Suite and/or Canva)Proficient in AI Creative toolsProficient in video and creation of Reels & StoriesProficient in Google Suite of ProductsHigh attention to detailExceptional written and verbal English skillsPassion for all things data and digitalYou are based in Sydney

This role would suit someone early in their career. You may have studied graphic design, communications/social and digital marketing but have natural creative skills and are skilled in working in Canva or Adobe platforms.

Digivizer follows a hybrid work arrangement. You will be working majority 3-4 days from home and 1-2 days a week from our office in Sydney CBD.
