Senior Lifestyle Support Coordinator

As a dedicated Lifestyle Support Professional, you will play a vital role in enhancing the wellbeing and quality of life of older people through creative and engaging activities.
- Develop and implement individualized lifestyle programs that cater to residents' diverse needs
- Provide assistance and support to new residents during their settling-in period
- Monitor and record participation and outcomes of lifestyle activities
- Act as an advocate for residents, addressing concerns and requests in a timely manner
- Maintain compliance with aged care standards and policies
- Contribute to creating safe, respectful, and enjoyable living environments
- National Police Certificate or willingness to obtain
- First Aid Certification
- Manual Handling training
- Valid Driver's Licence
- Understanding of aged care issues and principles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team-based setting
- Certificate IV in Leisure & Lifestyle or related field
- Knowledge of dementia care principles and practices
- Experience with documenting and maintaining accurate records
- Awareness of Aged Care Quality Standards and Workplace Health and Safety
- Ability to communicate effectively in Italian highly regarded
