- Conduct comprehensive assessments and document care outcomes.
- Provide resident care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Manage complex care needs using advanced nursing skills.
- Integrate evidence-based practices into clinical care.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Care Manager on key decisions.
- Guide and support EN - Care Coordinators and Care Assistants.
- Requirements
