Role Overview
The ICT Support Officer will provide high level customer service and support through various ICT operations. The role is responsible for incident resolution for ICT system end users through troubleshooting and remediation techniques. Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders as well as contributing to improvement of ICT processes are also a focus in the role.

You're a solution focused ICT professional with strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to delivering timely, effective support. You thrive in dynamic environments, communicating clearly with users and working collaboratively to resolve technical issues. With a keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset, you ensure systems run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide effective first and second level ICT support including desktop hardware, internet, Office365, LAN/WAN environments.
- Have knowledge in installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware like PCs, notebooks, tablets, and smartphones, and computer operating systems and software applications.
- Comprehensive communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to work with limited direction, exercise initiative and coordinate and prioritise workloads.
