Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Opportunity

Seeking a skilled and experienced Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to work with our team at Coffs Harbour and Redcliffe maintenance facilities, performing aircraft repairs and maintenance in compliance with industry regulations.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Ensure high-quality maintenance that meets company policies and National Aviation Authority Regulations.
  2. Maintain aircraft according to relevant Instructions for Continued Airworthiness.
  3. Develop positive relationships with customers to enhance their experience.
  4. Complete tasks efficiently and on time.
  5. Collaborate with the Quality & Safety Team to ensure aviation quality and safety.
  6. Assign and supervise tasks for Aircraft Maintenance Engineers and monitor their progress.
  7. Focus on safe execution of maintenance activities while maximizing aircraft availability.
  8. Some travel may be required.
  9. Must hold qualifications on light and medium Bell, Airbus and Leonardo model Helicopters.
  10. Must hold current B1 or C license.
  11. Completed MEA40715 - Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Mechanical) or equivalent.
  12. A minimum of 3 years experience in aircraft maintenance and modifications.
  13. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  14. An understanding of CASA regulations and compliance requirements.
  15. A keen eye for detail and commitment to outstanding customer service.
  16. The ability to work independently.
  17. Good computer literacy and experience working with aircraft maintenance programs.
