We're looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused Senior Home Loan Specialist to promote our award-winning lending products to new and potential customers, building strong, trusted relationships and applying their expertise to tailor product offerings to suit individual customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth loan interviews and assess serviceability, managing the end-to-end process, including document collection, system entry, and submission in line with standards and policies.
  • Proactively follow up and convert leads from multiple channels while identifying new business opportunities through outreach and referral networks.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by meeting customers in-branch, offsite, or virtually—including outside standard hours.
  • Represent and promote our organisation through events, workshops, and community engagement activities.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of lending products, procedures, and market competitors.
Requirements:
  • Experienced Lender with a proven track record in managing a pipeline of business and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Enjoys building long-term customer relationships.
  • Promotes brand awareness throughout the community.
  • High attention to detail with strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Current driver's licence.
