Job Overview


We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Support Officer to join our team at Central Adelaide Local Health Network. This role is responsible for providing system support and maintenance, including problem identification and resolution, system changes and day-to-day support for SA Pathology staff and stakeholders.



About the Role


The successful candidate will work collaboratively with service providers' architecture, application development and security teams to maintain and enhance IT infrastructure. They will also work with vendors and their application support teams during system implementations and supporting ongoing enhancements and changes to optimise SA Pathology's benefits and value from systems and business applications.


In addition, the IT Infrastructure Support Officer will provide personal computer and software support to SA Pathology Directorates.

Required Skills and Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you will require a current National Police Clearance (NPC) and Working With Children Check (DHS). You will also need immunisation screening as indicated in the role description.
