Job Description:

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Psychiatric Nurses to join our team at the Central Adelaide Local Health Network. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment providing high-quality patient care.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering individualized nursing care to mental health consumers in our adult inpatient services and community mental health settings. This includes conducting comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing care plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to patients
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive patient outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current National Police Clearance (NPC) General Probity
  • Immunisation screening as indicated in the role description
